Four Bedroom Duplex

Sawyer Village manages 158 duplexes.  They come in a variety of floor plans with various options.  We offer split-level or ranch style with a half or full basement. Ninety-two of our duplexes have three bedrooms, while the remaining 66 have four bedrooms. All of our homes are completely renovated before we offer them for lease. We pride ourselves on providing a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

Standard amenities in each duplex includes: Large living room, dining room, kitchenette, one and 3/4 bathrooms, or one and 1/2 bathrooms,  large one-car garage, basement, washer/dryer hook-up, new flooring throughout, new kitchen appliances (refrigerator, electric range), garbage disposal.
