Eagle Ridge Apartments

Eagle Ridge Apartments are located just south of Marquette, on Division Street. It consists of two buildings nestled in the woods, up on a hill. Each building houses eight two- bedroom apartments, that are leased on an annual basis. Currently, there are no vacancies.

Standard amenities for each apartment includes: living room, dining room, a large full bathroom,  stackable washer/dryer, new flooring, new kitchen appliances (refrigerator, and electric range), new windows, balcony or patio and parking space.
