RV STORAGE
With two hangars and the former Air
Force "bus barn", Sawyer Village is able to offer indoor storage for any kind of
recreational vehicle you want to store. From motor homes to pontoons,
snowmobiles to classic cars, we will store it all. Most of our customers store
with us from November through April, but you can set up your own timetable, on a
monthly basis.

Your vehicle will be
measured from tip to tip when you bring it in.
RV STORAGE PROCESS

906-346-5835 for an appointment. Storage hours
are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

When you arrive at our staging area, we
will go over your lease with you, measure your vehicle and determine which
building it will be parked in.
|
|
The first month payment is due at this
time. You can pay for more than one month at a time. Our monthly rates are not
pro-rated. You are responsible to pay for a full month regardless of the number
of days you are with us during the month.

You will drive your vehicle to the
building where it will be stored. You can park it in your assigned space, with
assistance from us, or one of our CDL licensed team members can park it for you.

Make sure you get everything out of
your vehicle that you will need. If you want to get back into your vehicle, at a
later date, there is a $15.00 fee. No one is allowed in the storage facilities
without an appointment and a Sawyer Village employee escort.

Payments are due on the first of each
month. We do not send out a monthly bill. If your payment is not received by the
10th of the month, you will be charged a $15.00 late fee.

When you are ready to remove your
vehicle from storage, call for an appointment.

ADDITIONAL STORAGE
HOMES: We have houses that have
not been upgraded yet, that you can rent for storage. These homes have no power,
water or gas. They are used for storage only, and can be leased for $50.00 a
month.
GARAGES: We have one-car garages
(with no power) that you can rent for $40.00 a month.
